What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship orders in Bulgaria with Econt and Speedy courier companies. When placing an order on our page, you choose whether the delivery is to be made to your address or an office of the courier company. It is at your expense unless you register on our page and then we take care of the delivery no matter what the value of the order is. In this case, we send the orders to the Econt office in Bulgaria specified by you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Domestically, deliveries usually take 1-2 days to reach the desired destination. Before that, we need some time to prepare the shipments. So, everyone who placed an order receives their shipment usually within a week.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. For international shipments, we use the services of Bulgarian Post. From our observations, they are well priced and more reliable when sending than when receiving international shipments. At the customer’s request, we can send the shipment with another courier.


Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

There are several payment options if the order is delivered to Bulgaria. You can pay by card, directly on our page, by bank transfer or upon delivery. If the payment is on delivery, the customer chooses whether to pay in cash or by card directly to the courier.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, it is safe. Our site is secure and we work with established payment systems.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Ordering is easy. First you have to choose what you want, add the products to your basket and specify a quantity for each one. After that, you should choose a delivery method, a payment method and finally fill in your details. Each order requires a name, a phone number and an exact address or courier office address. That’s it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account. You can place an order as a guest on our page. If you register, however, in addition to saving time on subsequent orders for entering your information, you will have the opportunity to get a FREE DELIVERY to an Econt office throughout the country, regardless of the value of the order.

If you have any questions, you can contact us in the most convenient way for you – email, phone, social media. We will reply as soon as possible.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can contact us – that’s the fastest way. To cancel an order, you must notify us by e-mail and send the products no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by entering your order number and email address on the “Order Tracking” page.

How Can I Return a Product?

You may return ordered items for no particular reason within 14 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met: (1) The product is in its original packaging; (2) The product does not stain or have traces of use; (3) The product is accompanied by the original document with which you received the order; (4) The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
